FAQ

  • You can book appointments here by scrolling down to #1 and pressing the call button "Book and appointment" or you can email me at steffi.counsellingcallan@gmail.com.

  • If for any reason you are unable to attend our scheduled therapy session, I request that you give me 24 hours of notice so that I can reschedule with you and somebody else can benefit from this booking time. If you cancel later than 24 hours I will have to ask that you pay 45% of the session fee to compensate for the loss of time. However, be assured that this hasn't happened very often.

  • I charge €60,- for a 60 minute session. For Students and OAP's I offer a session for €45,- and in special cases I also offer a sliding scale for those under severe financial constraints.

  • You can make a payment via Revolut by scrolling directly down to #3 below and clicking the button that says pay for therapy, this will send you to my Revolut payment gate. or if you are working with me in-person I also accept cash payments.

  • I sometimes offer therapeutic workshops which you can find listed at the bottom of this page. When they become available you can sign-up for them below.

4. Getting To Your Therapy Session

a. Doxy Remote Video Call

Doxy is a telemedicine video call software which is end to end encrypted, GDPR and HIPAA compliant ensuring maximum confidentiality and peace of mind while in therapy. Click on the button below to start a video call.

If you choose to do therapy with me in-person I work in two separate locations across the week to make my services more widely accessible. You can find my Clonmel and Kilkenny Address below.
